When will my order ship?
Our warehouse fulfillment hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-7PM PST. Please allow up to 48 hours between your order confirmation and package shipment notification. If you have questions or concerns regarding an order status, please email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Will the packaging indicate that I bought items from Suzies?
No, all items are shipped with 100% discreet packaging. No one will know items are from Suzies until the box is opened.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns of factory defective items only for up to 14 days after your purchase is placed. If you believe your item(s) are factory defective, please email details and images of your damaged items to email@example.com with your order # in the subject of the email.
I can’t find the items I’m looking for. How do I request something?
You can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any specific items you might be searching for. If we are able to find the items for you in our warehouse, we can create a custom order to fit your needs.
